We offer USPS (Priority & Insured) standard shipping with a flat fee of $10 for all purchases. All orders ship within 3 business days. You can track your order with the tracking information provided in your shipment notification e-mail.

All orders are carefully wrapped  to ensure they will not be damaged in transit.

RETURN POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our priority! If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept returns for store credit. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Customer is responsible for shipping the return to us. 

Due to the handmade nature of all original pieces, size and color may vary.

JEWELRY REPAIR POLICY

We hope the quality of our product will withstand everyday wear, however, should your piece need repair please contact us at info@karenhazarian.com for pricing.

Additional fees for repair will apply, including but not limited to shipping and additional costs related to the repair (i.e., missing gem). All additional fees will be discussed with you prior to your repair completion.

Customer is responsible for shipping the repair to us.
